Six minutes of light movement, footwork, shadowboxing and deliberate range changes.
Six minutes to teach targets, show the sequence and check holder positioning.
Five 8-minute partner blocks: 3 minutes striking, 1 minute swapping, 3 minutes opposite partner striking, 1 minute recovery per block.
Six minutes of controlled technical conditioning and stance-aware movement.
Two minutes to lower intensity and reinforce one technical takeaway.
The planner distinguishes focus limbs (such as lead fist, rear knee and rear leg) from precise moves (such as jab, rear straight knee and rear round kick). Limiting the focus gives more teaching repetition.
The two striking turns use the same movement pattern. Changing a combination between partners would make it harder to compare mechanics and corrections fairly. The planner schedules matched turns.
You can change work and switch lengths. The planner recalculates the number of mirrored partner blocks and fills the remainder with instruction and support activities to retain exactly 60 minutes, subject to a minimum 15-second switch.
